Historically speaking, there haven't been too many national leaders who were able to politically or even physically survive once the Globalist finger of disapproval had been pointed at them. The standard means of disposal include assassination, "spontaneous" uprisings, internal military coups aided by the CIA / MI6, manufactured scandals, crippling sanctions, proxy wars and overt wars. Sooner or later -- one way or another -- (((they))) always find a way to remove the disobedient. Plenty more lesser known world leaders and party leaders can be added to that list. And even with those rare survival cases such as General Francisco Franco of Spain -- who, after winning the Spanish Civil War in 1939, managed to stay in power for 40 years -- the Globalists waited the regime out and were ready to place their "democratic" agents into Spanish leadership not too long after Franco's death in 1975. Sooner or later, the bastards always have their way.
It is only in recent years that this trend seems to have not only been stopped, but in several cases, even reversed. A notable manifestation of this resistance is the brave struggle of the honorable Dr. Bashar al Assad of Syria, who is now in the 23rd year of the office previously held by his father, Hafez al-Assad for 29 years. The Globalist-Zionist Axis of Evil threw everything they had at the heroic and popular Assad the Younger -- outrageous atrocity propaganda, cruel economic sanctions, ISIS mercenaries supported by Israeli tactical air strikes. And yet, the "pariah" ™ is still standing and will remain standing as he "inches back onto the world stage," as the hateful Slimes story grudgingly acknowledges.

Of course, there is an important external reason why Assad -- unlike his Arab contemporaries Qaddafi and Hussein -- was able to withstand the Deep State's "Assad Must Go" declaration. You see, when Iraq was conquered, George Bush was president and post-Soviet Russia was still too weak to do anything about it. When Libya was conquered and Obongo was president, Putin's hands were tied by internal weaklings and traitors. But by the time it was Syria's turn (Obongo still president) Putin and Iran came to Syria's aid -- Russia attacking the "rebels" from the air, and Iran (along with Syrian forces and Lebanese Hezbollah) engaging them on the ground.
The final fatal blow against CIA/Mossad ISIS came with the unexpected election of Donald Trump in November, 2016. In July of 2017, the new president cut off the CIA's funding of the "rebels." The international mercenaries of ISIS / ISIL soon withered away into nothingness -- but not before having inflicted enormous damage and suffering on Syria.
Throughout the bloody 7-year "civil war," Assad could have cut a deal and sought exile someplace safe. But he chose to remain in Damascus with his lovely family. Assad's defiance of the demonic New World Order -- aided by two other leaders that the Globalists failed to remove -- marked an important turning point in this global struggle. For that, we salute you, Dr. Assad.
