The I.R.S. is often unable to detect or fight blatant tax cheating by the rich and big businesses. Restoring the missing revenue is a solution that pays for itself.

Like all psychopaths, these dirty stinking Communists, er, "progressives" ™ have a really bad case of entitlement syndrome. They truly do believe that all money and property is rightfully theirs to dispose of --- and that whatever they allow you to keep, you ought to be grateful for. From Karl Marx's "Communist Manifesto" of 1848, following are five of the famous 10 "planks" -- the ones which deal with money and property:
Plank 1: Abolition of Property in Land and Application of all Rents of Land to Public Purpose.
Plank 2: Heavy Progressive Income Tax.
Plank 3: Abolition of All Rights of Inheritance.
Plank 4: Confiscation of the Property of All Emigrants and Rebels.
Plank 5: Centralization of Credit in the Hands of the State, by Means of a National Bank with State Capital and an Exclusive Monopoly.

Let's analyze a few bits of "Cha Ching's" Bolshevik barf.

Marx, Engels and "Cha Ching" Huang -- The same tyrannical attitude toward OUR private wealth, property and liberty.
Chye-Ching Huang: One of the best ways to raise plenty of revenue — and help honest taxpayers — is to effectively battle tax cheats.
Marxian-to-English Translation:
* "Raising revenue" = fleecing taxpayers
* "Honest taxpayer" = someone who, being a W-2 wage earner, can't hide his earnings from the IRS.
* "Tax cheat" = typically a business owner -- who already pays a shit load of money in the form of payroll taxes, property taxes & proxy government regulatory compliance -- who does the best he can to minimize what is stolen from him.
Chye-Ching Huang: Mr. Biden and Congress must seize the chance to revamp and restore the Internal Revenue Service.
Analysis: More power to the IRS? Yikes!
Chye-Ching Huang: After a decade of budget cuts for the agency, the cracks in the I.R.S. are costing taxpayers trillions of dollars and growing impossible to ignore.
Analysis: Never mind what never-ending wars and never-ending welfare and never-ending waste & corruption are "costing taxpayers." Somehow it's a shortfall of OUR stolen money that is ballooning budget deficits.
Chye-Ching Huang: The agency is increasingly unable to detect or address blatant tax cheating by high-income filers and the largest businesses.
Analysis: In classic propagandist form, "Cha Ching" continuously and deliberately repeats that ugly word "cheating" -- applying it to decent, productive, hard-working American business owners -- when it ought to instead be applied to the Federal Government which not only wastes tax dollars, but collects an Income Tax which is in and of itself "cheating" because a tax on labor is neither constitutional nor just.
Chye-Ching Huang: Any responsible recovery package would include a multiyear stream for rebuilding the I.R.S.
Analysis: The IRS isn't thuggish enough for her Marxist tastes. "Cha Ching" wants to "rebuild" the evil agency charged with collecting "revenues" from "cheaters" -- at gunpoint.
Chye-Ching Huang: Fully funding the agency would defeat tax cheats while raising revenue for critical investments.
Analysis: "Critical investments" is commie speak for spend, spend, spend.

In the upside world of Marx and the Slimes, business owners are potential "cheats" -- whereas as IRS goons need to be enhanced.
Chye-Ching Huang: (Rebuilding the IRS) would help the overwhelming majority of Americans who want to pay whatever they owe.
Analysis: Ha ha ha. In reality, the "overwhelming majority of Americans" (libtards included!) will always do whatever they can to reduce the amount which is being stolen from them. Kill & Killary Clinton, for example, used to write off their donated underwear! (here)
Chye-Ching Huang: Restaffing the I.R.S. would help fight corruption and strengthen the rule of law.
Analysis: Does that include government "corruption?" No --- didn't think so.
Chye-Ching Huang: Generally, people are proud to pay taxes and contribute to investments in education, infrastructure, and other public services.
Analysis: Speak for yourself, communist bitch. Those of us with an iota of understanding of basic economics would much rather pay for our own "investments" -- and at far better quality AND far cheaper price on the open and free marketplace -- with a portion of the money which is being stolen from us in more ways than you can shake a hammer & sickle at.
Chye-Ching Huang: If lawmakers let the chance slip by, the integrity of the tax system could further erode — with the cheats still getting away, at everyone’s cost.
Analysis: It ain't the "cheats" and the associated "budget gaps" that have buried our young with a $28 Trillion Dollar (and counting) National Debt. No. You "experts" with your endless "investments" did that.
